LessonTrackerIQ (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a tool for tennis and sports coaches to log lessons, track clients, and manage their coaching revenue. It is operated by Nolex Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. Your account. When you sign up, we store the email address and password you provide. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in readable form.
Information you enter.The app stores whatever you choose to enter as a coach — including your clients’ names, contact details, lesson records, notes, and the payments you record. You control this information; you add it, edit it, and can remove it.
Information about your clients.The people you coach do not have accounts and do not give us anything directly. Because you enter their details, you are responsible for handling that information appropriately — including telling the people you coach (or their parents, for minors) that you keep these records, if that is expected or required where you operate.
Billing. If you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record that you are subscribed, your plan, and when it renews.
We use the information solely to provide the app’s features to you: showing your dashboard, lessons, clients, earnings, and the other functions you use, and to send you emails about your account such as confirmations and receipts. We do not sell your information, and we do not show advertising.
We may look at general, aggregated usage — for example, how many lessons are logged across all coaches — to understand whether features are useful and to improve the app.
We use a small number of service providers to run the app: companies that host the website and database, handle login, send account emails, and power the automated schedule setup described below, plus Stripe for payments. They handle information only to provide their service to us.
These providers may store and process information in the United States. If you use the app from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
During setup you can paste your weekly schedule as plain text. That text — which usually includes your clients’ names — is sent to an AI service provider for one purpose: to turn it into a structured schedule for you.
You can edit or delete the clients, lessons, and other records you enter at any time within the app.
You can delete your whole account yourself from Account → Manage account. This permanently erases your players, lessons, payments and schedule. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected or deleted. Email support@lessontrackeriq.com and we will help.
When an account is deleted we keep one short record — your email address, the dates you signed up and deleted, your plan, and any reason you gave — so we can answer later billing questions. Nothing about your clients is kept.
The app is for coaches. You must be at least 18 to create an account, and it is not directed at children. Coaches may enter information about players who are minors; that information is handled as described above and is never used for anything except providing the app to that coach.
The app uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in, and no advertising cookies. Access to your data is restricted so that you can only see your own information and not that of other coaches. While we take reasonable care to protect your data, no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure or always available. Please keep your own records of important information as well.
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and email you if a change is significant.
